We use separate menus for lunch, dinner and drinks. With the choice of our dishes we refer to the original function of the monumental building, namely a slaughterhouse and butcher shop. We have a lot of the finest organic meat on the menu. However, to offer a healthy and sustainable counterpart, we have a dish without meat for every meat dish: fish, vegetarian (v) and vegan (vn). This is also indicated as such. And because the Spaniards stayed here for some time (against our will), we took some of their kitchen.
